AMP Citrate is a relatively new ingredient that is often compared to DMAA thanks to its stimulating effect. AMP citrate is obtained from pouchong tea. Pouchong tea contains a large number of powerful antioxidants. Rein wissenschaftlich betrachtet handelt es sich bei AMP Citraten um 4-Amino-2-Methylpentane Citrate, 1,3 Dimethylbutylamine oder auch kurz gesagt um DMBA. AMP Citrat ähnelt in der Wirkung dem DMAA. DMBA ist bislang an Menschen noch nicht getestet worden. Daher existiert auch keine Studie über mögliche Nebenwirkungen. DMAA wurde vom Markt genommen, da die Nebenwirkungen zu stark waren.

The normal dose is 100 to 300 mg, with a maximum of two doses per day with a greater interval between them. However, this is only valid if AMP citrate is taken without exception.
If additional stimulants are taken, as is the case with caffeine, for example, then a reduction in the amount is recommended.
It makes sense to use AMP citrate instead of caffeine. It is also noteworthy that AMP citrate is apparently significantly involved in lowering the serotonin level. For this reason, it is recommended to provide a supply, for example in the form of 5-HTP. Thus, among other things, the development of feelings of fear that can be triggered by stimulants has less chance.
